Patients on regular repeat medication do not need to see the doctor for a prescription of their medicine unless a review is required.
You can request a repeat prescription by returning the tear off strip on the right hand side of the prescription to the surgery. Please tick the boxes against the medication you require. You may also post your request to the surgery. If you would like us to post your prescription back to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
To order online follow the link at the top of this page - you must register in person the first time you use the system. To register bring two forms of identification to the reception desk.
